Medical Laboratory Services – Ontario Region

The Correctional Service of Canada requires medical laboratory services for offenders in 13 Ontario institutions. The contractor must provide diagnostic tests, specimen collection equipment, sample transport, analysis, and reporting. Monthly statistical reports on analysis consumption are also required. Services must comply with the Ontario Medical Laboratory Technology Act, and same-day courier services to Public Health Ontario Labs are necessary. The contract duration is from February 1, 2026, to January 31, 2029.
