The Correctional Service of Canada seeks a qualified psychologist to provide psychological risk assessment services for federal offenders in various correctional facilities across Newfoundland and Labrador. The contractor will conduct assessments, participate in mental health consultations, and prepare comprehensive reports for the Project Authority, including recommendations for treatment. This work is critical for ensuring the mental health and safety of offenders, aiding in rehabilitation, and supporting parole decisions. The contract runs from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2029.
