North Bay - Harbour Improvements

Tender details

The tender is seeking a contractor to rehabilitate the Service Dock and South Launch Ramp Wall at North Bay marina by encapsulating existing steel sheet pile walls with precast concrete panels, H-piles, and a concrete deck. Additional work includes removing and reinstating harbor accessories, installing tie rods, anchors, pile sockets, concrete coping, retaining walls, and fenders. The project must be completed by March 31, 2026.
