This RFP seeks a contractor to provide full-season snow and ice management across a large federal waterfront property. Work includes recurring plowing, shoveling, slush and glaze-ice removal, snow relocation and blowing, plus on-demand extra clearing, offsite snow hauling, and salt/de-icer application. The goal is to keep roads, sidewalks, and public areas safe and accessible from early winter through mid-April.
