Correctional Service Canada has issued a tender in Ontario and Nunavut for continuous, culturally relevant mental health support for Black federally incarcerated offenders. The contractor must partner with a Black-led community agency to deliver in-person outreach at institutions plus ongoing group and individual support to build emotional resilience and improve access to culturally safe care.
