Stage 1- Fort Simpson Staff Housing Energy Retrofit, Nahanni National Park Reserve

Parks Canada needs a contractor to complete Stage 1 prequalification for a major energy retrofit of one staff house in Fort Simpson, Nahanni National Park Reserve. The project will require full building-envelope upgrades, window and door replacement, insulation, roofing, air sealing, furnace removal, and new heating/ventilation systems, with the goal of improving energy efficiency, airtightness, fire resistance, and asset life.
