Transport Canada needs to migrate 221 Oracle databases from an AIX Oracle 19c environment to a PostgreSQL environment at Shared Services Canada. The project includes database architecture, coordination, configuration, optimization, automation, auditing best practices, and PostgreSQL installation. Additionally, associated applications must be refactored, tested, and redeployed.
