Prequalification for a major federal building modernization in Red Deer. The contractor will need to replace the pneumatic controls with a new digital building management/energy management system (DDC, field devices, central controls), upgrade the HVAC plant by replacing boilers, chiller and related piping, and install new LED lighting and emergency lighting across the facility. The work improves energy efficiency, reliability, and full heating/cooling functionality. Only qualified bidders will be invited to submit priced bids in Phase Two.
