The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development is seeking Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) for the Grants and Contributions Transformation Initiative (GCTI) project. They require Project Executive Services for strategic oversight and leadership in developing and implementing an enterprise system to manage grants effectively. The contract is for up to 2640 days for a maximum of 4 resources over 36 months, with a possible 6-month extension. Bidders must hold Tier 1 TBIPS Supply Arrangement for services in the National Capital Region. Security clearance at the SECRET level is mandatory.
