The NRC seeks a grating spectrograph for dispersing short-wave infrared wavelengths (1000nm to 1600nm) efficiently. It must interface with existing detectors, enabling researchers to measure spectra of low-brightness optical sources with sub-nanometer resolution by scanning transmission wavelengths and detecting photons.
