Library and Archives Canada is seeking a TBIPS contractor to deliver security assessment and authorization (SA&A), threat and risk assessments (TRA), and IT security policy/documentation support for its systems and applications. This is a high-security engagement requiring Top Secret cleared resources, with about 440 days of effort over an initial two-year term plus extensions. The work helps LAC assess cyber risk, authorize systems for operation, and strengthen security governance.
