Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada seeks qualified Quebec-based mediators and financial consultants to support the Farm Debt Mediation Service on an as-needed basis for four years. Contractors will provide confidential financial counselling, help farmers develop recovery plans, facilitate neutral mediation with creditors, and draft settlement agreements.
