National Defence is seeking a commercial-off-the-shelf social network analysis mapping and visualization software solution to help DND/CAF consolidate projects and digital products, analyze interdependencies, and improve decision-making and issue resolution. The contract includes 5 user licenses, support/maintenance, optional extra licenses up to 25 total, and user training for up to 5 staff. Delivery is in Ottawa, with potential renewals over three option periods.
