ISED is seeking qualified audit firms to provide on-demand recipient and contribution agreement audit support for funded projects, mainly under Innovation Canada programs such as the Strategic Response Fund. Work includes risk-based cost, revenue, compliance, review engagement, and specified procedure audits to verify eligible spending, revenues, repayment obligations, internal controls, and contract/legislative compliance. This opportunity is for firms that can deliver assurance services when internal audit capacity is insufficient.
