Upgrade of the Data Acquisition Hardware in Test Cell#2

The National Research Council Canada is seeking to upgrade the data acquisition hardware and software in Test Cell #2 to enhance operational safety and improve the quality of test data for clients. The project aims to align the system with the one in Test Cell #1. Only pre-qualified suppliers with a Supply Arrangement are eligible to bid, with a closing date of September 2nd, 2025, and deliverables due by September 30th, 2025. The basis of selection is the lowest price meeting mandatory requirements.
