Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) requires the purchase, delivery, and installation of approximately 131 video surveillance cameras across eight offices in the National Capital Region. Only pre-qualified suppliers with a valid supply arrangement are eligible to bid, while non-supply arrangement holders can submit bids but must first obtain a supply arrangement for evaluation. There is a security requirement associated with this procurement.
