Library and Archives Canada requires extended support and maintenance services for its Scanity film scanners, including 24/7 troubleshooting support, repair coverage, spare parts, onsite emergency maintenance, annual preventative maintenance, and software updates/upgrades. The pre-identified supplier, CEV, is the exclusive authorized agent for these services in Canada. Interested suppliers must demonstrate capability to provide the required services and must be authorized by Digital Film Technologies.
