Building Automation System (BAS) Maintenance Services

Transport Canada requires a contractor to provide maintenance services for the Building Automation System and HVAC system at Wabush Airport, NL. The contractor must supply necessary personnel, equipment, and supervision for the maintenance work. The contract duration is from December 1, 2025, to November 30, 2027, with an option for two one-year extensions. Bidders are encouraged to attend an optional site visit to familiarize themselves with the work scope and conditions.
