Correctional Service Canada needs a licensed psychologist to design and deliver customized resiliency training for health and frontline staff across eight Ontario institutions and one community mental health team. Work includes about 55 prep sessions with management, tailored evidence-based training delivery, participant materials in English, and a final evaluation report. The goal is to reduce stress, improve coping, strengthen team resilience, and support psychologically safe operations in high-pressure correctional environments.
