Public Works and Government Services Canada requires accredited laboratory testing services for fenestration products to validate U-factor and air leakage parameters. The contractor will test approximately 30 window units, including ENERGY STAR® certified and potentially unlisted models, in compliance with Canadian standards. Testing must adhere to ISO/IEC 17025 and specific NFRC and AAMA standards. The contractor is also responsible for disposing of dismantled equipment. Services must be completed by March 31, 2026.
