Impact Assessment of the NRC Ocean Program

The National Research Council Canada (NRC) seeks proposals for an Impact Assessment of its Ocean Program. The contract will last one year, with an option to extend for two additional years. All deliverables must be completed by March 31, 2027. Selection will be based on the lowest price per point. The tender is limited to Canadian content, and submissions must comply with the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
