Correctional Service Canada needs an Indigenous Elder to provide spiritual, cultural, and counselling services to Indigenous offenders in Ontario. Work includes group circles, individual guidance, ceremonies, support for healing plans, advice to staff on Indigenous protocols, and participation in case management and meetings. This is a specialized, culturally grounded service that supports offender rehabilitation, Indigenous programming, and reintegration outcomes.
