The space must be available 48 weeks prior, fully accessible, and include a dedicated telecommunication room, three parking spaces, and capacity for Electric Vehicle Charging Stations. It should be within a commercial building, near public transit, and comply with PSPC’s accommodation standards. Cleaning services during business hours are also required.
