The NCC is seeking a contractor to manage urban land maintenance in Quebec and the National Capital Region. Work includes landscape and civil maintenance of parks, green spaces, trails, roads, bridges, plus snow removal, de-icing, waste/recycling, cleaning, special-event support, and ongoing site accountability. This is a broad, multi-service facilities and grounds contract for maintaining high-profile federal public spaces.
