DND seeks a senior Learning Advisor to support the Future Fighter Lead-In Training team. The role will provide expert guidance on military aviation training systems, curriculum development, instructional design, training validation, and training effectiveness evaluation. This work is intended to strengthen and professionalize fighter pilot training development, improving the quality, relevance, and effectiveness of future fighter training programs.
