HUMBER RIVER AND DUFFINS CREEK SEA LAMPREY TRAPPING

Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) seeks services to operate traps at the Old Mill dam and Duffins Creek for sea lamprey mark and release studies. The contractor will collect data for population estimates, servicing traps five days a week for at least 10 weeks, with possible extensions. Suppliers must have a G driver’s license, experience in fish handling and data collection, transport capabilities for sea lamprey, and the ability to maintain and store equipment, among other requirements.
