Provide a time-chartered offshore patrol vessel to support Fisheries and Oceans Canada fisheries enforcement and compliance monitoring in the North Pacific, including areas from Canada’s Pacific coast out to 200 nautical miles. The vessel must be suitable for patrol, surveillance, and operational support in a wide maritime area, making vessel capability and endurance critical.
