Canada is seeking a supplier for the 2026 Arctic Sealift to provide drummed aviation fuel (Jet A-1), automotive diesel, gasoline, naphtha, and heavy-duty diesel engine oil, delivered DDP to Quebec staging locations and to Nunavut communities under NLCA requirements. The work is critical to resupplying remote Arctic sites and supporting fuel-dependent operations. Bidders should also use environmentally preferable packaging where possible.
