The goal is to understand available market options, capabilities, and implementation approaches to shape a future procurement strategy. Businesses with renewable gas, carbon-neutral fuel, or emissions-offset solutions could provide insights on supply models, sourcing, delivery, and verification. This is an information-gathering exercise, not a contract opportunity.
