ECCC is seeking engineering and architecture services to design and support construction of a new antenna tower at the Inuvik Upper Air Weather Station in Northwest Territories. The consultant must also integrate a user-supplied antenna system with the tower and provide construction administration. This work is needed to replace or enhance communications/weather observation infrastructure in a remote northern location.
