The Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) requires oceanographic instruments, specifically two CTD probes for shallow deployments (500-600 m) and one for deep deployment (2500 m), to monitor environmental conditions in the Eastern Canadian Arctic. These probes will be moored for approximately 12 months to collect critical data on salinity, temperature, density, dissolved oxygen, and fluorometry. This project is vital for understanding climate impacts and managing marine ecosystems in this sensitive region.
