The RCMP is seeking detention guard services on an as-needed basis to support the safety, supervision, and well-being of people held in RCMP cells. The standing offer will establish three regional supply arrangements covering Alberta/Northwest/Nunavut, Manitoba/Saskatchewan, and BC/Yukon. This is a long-term opportunity for security providers with trained custodial staff to deliver reliable, compliant detention support through March 2029, with possible extensions.
