Canada requires a certified training program to improve operational capacity and officer safety in marine environments for Fisheries and Oceans Canada. The services are needed on an as-requested basis over three years, with two optional one-year extensions, totaling up to five years. The contractor must deliver the services under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms according to Incoterms 2020.
