Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) requires an online tracking system to support the federal Output Based Pricing System (OBPS) under the Greenhouse Gas Pollution Pricing Act (GGPPA). Additionally, the system should facilitate online registration, reporting, and tracking for the Greenhouse Gas Offset Credit System (Offsets) and Clean Fuel Regulations (CFR) established under the GGPPA and the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA).
