Canada is seeking offers for Regional Master Standing Offers (RMSO) to supply and deliver Bread and Bakery Products across six geographically defined zones in Ontario. Bidders can submit pricing for any number of line items in each zone. The tender includes two streams: Stream 1 for Canadian suppliers and Stream 2 for qualified Indigenous businesses. Up to three Standing Offers may be awarded for each stream per zone. All bids must be submitted by November 13, 2025, at 2:00 pm EST.
