The Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) requires an architectural firm to act as the Prime Consultant, supported by a multi-disciplinary team, for the design, construction administration, and post-construction services of a new Medical Countermeasures Laboratory Facility. The facility will encompass approximately 13,000m2, meet high containment standards, and comply with relevant building codes and sustainable development policies. It will be located adjacent to the National Microbiology Laboratory in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
