PSPC requires a consultant to investigate and assess the electrical and mechanical systems issues at the Centennial Flame. The consultant must submit a detailed report for PSPC review. If needed, the consultant may be asked to propose a new design to address the problems. The chosen design will be developed by the consultant, and a contractor will implement it during construction.
