Mid-Shore Multi-Mission (MSMM) Contract Design

The tender requires professional services to develop a vessel design Technical Data Package for the Mid-Shore Multi-Mission (MSMM) vessel project. The package must include design drawings and construction specifications approved by a Classification Society. Only Canadian services are eligible, and Offerors must submit an Indigenous Participation Plan commitment letter. An Offeror's conference will be held virtually on September 11th, 2025. Offerors must also include letters from selected SSIs, and a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement is needed to access the list of qualified SSIs and TDP Hull Form Models. Submissions are due by October 24th, 2025, at 14:00 EST.
