Canada is soliciting offers for Regional Master Standing Offers (RMSO) for coffee, juice products, equipment dispensing machines, and maintenance services in Ontario's 6 zones. Bidders must provide pricing for coffee, juice, or both in each zone. The tender has two streams: General Stream for Canadian and Applicable Trading Partner suppliers, and PSIB Set-aside Stream for qualified Indigenous Businesses. Up to two Standing Offers per stream per zone may be awarded for coffee and juice products. Bids must be submitted by August 29, 2025, at 2:00 pm EDT.
