PSPC is soliciting proposals from consultants to conduct geotechnical and environmental investigations for the redevelopment of Piers 26 & 27 at HMCS Cabot Base in St. John’s, NL. Pre-qualified firms under the Heavy Civil Engineering Supply Arrangement EB129-192368 are invited to participate. The purpose is to support the planning and design of the project. An optional site visit is available for interested parties.
