The project aims to align the camps with federal contaminated site management goals. The contract involves operating and maintaining the STF, relocating compliant soil, and disposing of contaminated soil and water. This is Phase 1 of a two-phase process where bidders will be evaluated for qualifications. Phase 2 will involve financial bidding based on project specifications. The pre-qualification list from Phase 1 will only be used for this project.
