PWGSC seeks offers for geographically zoned Regional Master Standing Offers (RMSO) for Boxed Lunches and Prepared Sandwiches on request. Divided into six zones in Ontario, the RMSO has two Streams: one for regular Suppliers and one for indigenous Suppliers. Each zone may have up to three Standing Offers per Stream. Standing Offer holders can rebid pricing semi-annually. The contract period is from the Start Date to October 31, 2026, with potential for two one-year extensions. Offerors can bid on any number of line items per zone and are encouraged to show compliance with Social and Green Procurement Initiatives for a Preferential Margin.
