The Department of National Defence requires the supply of 250,000 litres of Naval Distillate Fuel, Type 11, meeting CGSB Standard 3.11-2022. Delivery to HMCS William Hall in Resolute, Nunavut, via ship-to-ship transfer, is needed by September 10, 2025. The fuel must adhere to the Nunavut Land Claim Agreement and have a wear scar diameter of ≤460 µm at 60°C. Late submissions will not be considered.
