Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is seeking proposals for a custom Wind Tunnel apparatus designed for the ECOSSIM Chamber. This apparatus must simulate and monitor wind-like air crossflow over liquid samples under specific climatic conditions for extended durations.
