The tender is for the supply of a custom Wind Tunnel apparatus for use in the ECOSSIM Chamber to simulate and monitor the impact of wind-like crossflow of air over liquid samples under specific climatic conditions. Bid submissions must include all required documentation by July 25, 2025, at 2 p.m. EDT. Late submissions will not be considered. Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) aims to award one contract by March 31, 2026, to a compliant offer meeting all evaluation requirements outlined in the Request for Proposals document.
