The Department of National Defence (DND) requires the supply and delivery of various oils and lubricants to the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) across Canada. This tender, subject to specific land claim agreements, aims to promote environmentally friendly packaging practices. Late submissions will not be accepted. Offerors are encouraged to use environmentally preferable packaging for all goods delivered.
