The Government of Canada is conducting a two-phase competitive procurement process to establish Supply Arrangements for armoured sport utility vehicles (ASUV) for delivery across foreign destinations and Canada, excluding specific locations. Phase I involves creating a pre-qualified supplier list through a Request For Supply Arrangement (RFSA), with Phase II issuing RFSA to the pre-qualified suppliers for ASUV procurement. Qualified suppliers meeting mandatory criteria will become Supply Arrangement holders. Deliveries to excluded locations will require separate procurement processes.
