The Government of Canada is seeking suppliers to establish Standing Offers for medium and large vessel recycling services in various regions of Canada. Suppliers who previously submitted arrangements for specific RFSA numbers are not required to resubmit unless new information is requested. The tender includes two streams: one for medium vessels and another for large vessels. The purpose is to dismantle vessels in a Vessel Recycling Facility as per the Statement of Requirement - Annex A.
