The Government of Canada seeks NPP Qualified Offerors for a two-stage procurement process to supply 2026 or newer light duty vehicles. The first stage qualifies Offerors to create a list, with only listed Offerors eligible to bid in the second stage RFSO. Successful Offerors meeting RFSO criteria will become Standing Offer (SO) holders. A National Master Standing Offer (NMSO) will be established for the procurement.
