Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is seeking Energy Service Companies (ESCOs) to provide professional services, construction, financing, training, and monitoring for energy efficiency upgrades at the Lethbridge Research and Development Centre in Alberta and the Bells Corners Complex in Ottawa. Bidders must be pre-qualified under the Federal Buildings Initiative (FBI) program by Natural Resources Canada to participate. Separate Requests for Proposal will be issued for each project. Interested parties should apply to become an ESCO through Natural Resources Canada's website.
